 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ABS Music School and Activity. We are committed to providing a positive and enriching learning experience for all students. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below:​

1. No Refunds on Paid Music Class Fees
All fees paid for music classes, lessons, and activities are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment has been received, there will be no refund issued, regardless of whether the student attends or completes the program.

2. Class Rescheduling
In the event of a missed class, rescheduling will be subject to the availability of the student and the instructor. The rescheduled class can be held either online or in-person, whichever option is best suited for the student and the instructor's availability.

3. Absences and Missed Classes
If a student misses a scheduled class, no refund or credit will be issued for the missed session. However, if the student informs us of the absence at least 2 days in advance, a makeup class will be provided, either online or in-person, depending on the availability of the instructor.

4. Class Cancellations by ABS School of Music
If ABS Music School cancels a class for any reason (e.g., instructor unavailability, weather conditions), we will offer the option to reschedule the class or provide a makeup session. However, no refunds will be issued.

5. Withdrawal from Program
Should a student choose to withdraw from any program, no refund will be given for the remaining classes or sessions. We encourage students to evaluate their commitment before enrollment.

By enrolling in any of our music classes or activities, you agree to this cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our administration team.
